Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36–48 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) ICU setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Float to other units and campuses as needed based on census demands, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies
- Complete required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience with EPIC EMR
- Ability to complete pre-assignment testing and online modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior LTAC experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and orientation processes
