Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days – 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM | On-Call Required | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab setting, supporting 8–10 cases per day per technologist
• Assist with and independently manage all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Interventional procedures, including Structural cases
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend call coverage (Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM, rotating first and backup call)
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health record system
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required, with primary placement in the Cath Lab

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with demonstrated competency in Diagnostic, Interventional, and Structural procedures
• Active West Virginia RN license or valid Compact license required prior to start (pending license accepted for submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Must maintain a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility (candidates 75–100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Minimum of 2 Manager or Charge Nurse references from within the past 2 years required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level IV Trauma Center or major teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record charting system
