Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a mixed-acuity unit supporting stepdown and med/surg patient populations
- Manage medication titrations and operate CPAP/BiPAP equipment as required by patient condition
- Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation using EPIC
- Serve as charge nurse on night shift as needed
- Float within the health system organization as operationally required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of PCU, stepdown, or IMC nursing experience
- Current, valid Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with CPAP/BiPAP and medication titrations
- Charge nurse capability on night shift
- Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records documentation
- Familiarity with Omnicell medication dispensing systems
