Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and pulmonary function tests to assess patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory treatment plans
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment
- Perform phlebotomies and IV starts and removals as required
- Educate patients on proper administration of respiratory treatments and correct use of equipment
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- NICU experience required
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and IV procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a critical access hospital setting
- Strong patient education and communication skills
