Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Endoscopy/GI clinical setting throughout a 9-week contract assignment
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
- Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed to support staffing requirements
- Complete required facility orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment
- Adhere to contracted scheduling commitments, including holiday coverage requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of Endoscopy/GI nursing experience
- Must be willing and able to commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
- Clean background; facility does not accept background hits
- Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an Endoscopy/GI specialty
- Familiarity with large health system environments and the ability to adapt quickly to new facility workflows
