Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across a 4-room OR suite performing a wide range of surgical procedures including robotic, orthopedic, GYN, general, ENT, podiatry, and spine surgeries
• Circulate and/or scrub surgical cases including robotic-assisted procedures (prostatectomy, hysterectomy), total joint replacements, spinal fusions, laminectomies, and ACDF
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team including Surgical Technologists and First Assists to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one call night per week and every 5th to 6th weekend
• Float to Endoscopy unit as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification, ideally with 3 or more years of OR experience
• Experience scrubbing surgical procedures
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms
