Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8s or 4x10s | 40 hours per week | Evening coverage required at least 2 nights per week | Clinic hours Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–8:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations for outpatient orthopedic patients, including post-operative, workers' compensation, and Medicare populations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 48–50 patients per week
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aligned with patient goals and functional levels
• Document clinical notes and progress using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with front office staff and aides to ensure efficient clinic operations and quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Illinois
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Experience working with post-operative, workers' compensation, and Medicare patient populations
• Must not be a new graduate — prior clinical experience is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with the NextGen documentation system
• Familiarity with treating a varied patient population ranging from lower-level function to athletic performance
• Comfort working in a higher-volume outpatient clinic environment
