Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Alaska or Compact License accepted)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Compliance with all onboarding and clearance processes required before beginning the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy or contract assignment experience
• Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy workflows and documentation systems
