Cath Lab / EP Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with procedures in an active Cath Lab and EP Lab environment, including ablations, implants, and left atrial appendage (LAA) procedures
• Support arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, and insertion/programming of AICDs and pacemakers
• Assist with tilt table studies and related cardiac diagnostic procedures
• Work within a high-level, multidisciplinary team focused on producing excellent patient outcomes
• Float to other health system campuses as needed
• Complete required orientation modules as assigned (non-billable, unit-based hours)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab / EP experience required; first-time travelers are welcome
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active ARRT credential required
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification required
• RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) certification required
• Demonstrated experience with arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, AICD insertion/programming, left atrial appendage procedures, pacemaker insertion, and tilt table studies
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active, unrestricted license must be in hand at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiac ablation procedures
• Experience with cardiac mapping and conduction studies
