Contract | Nights | 7 On / 7 Off | Wednesday 8-hour shift; Thursday–Tuesday 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform generalist clinical laboratory testing across multiple departments
- Conduct and interpret blood bank procedures as part of routine laboratory operations
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of laboratory results during overnight shifts
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality control standards
Required Qualifications
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license
- Demonstrated blood bank experience is required
- Ability to work a 7 on / 7 off night shift schedule
- TB clearance completed within the past 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working as a CLS generalist in a hospital or acute care setting
- Prior travel or contract laboratory experience
