Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room
Location
Lone Tree, Colorado
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Friday (Weekends are call only)
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist in a high-volume main operating room environment staffing 8–11 rooms daily
- Support surgical procedures including neurological and transplant cases-
- Participate in call coverage as required (evening call Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM; weekends are call only)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team including charge RN and unit support staff
- Accurately document and utilize the facility EMR system (Meditech)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of current hospital-based CST experience
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active DORA (Colorado) and NBSTSA certifications required
- Willingness and ability to take call as scheduled
- Flexibility to work within a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Previous travel assignment experience, particularly at large hospital facilities
- Robotics surgical experience
