Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Projected Start: July 27, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care in a 26-bed Medical ICU at a 2:1 patient ratio, managing complex critical care cases including cardiac, neurological, and respiratory conditions
• Operate and manage advanced equipment including ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, balloon pumps, ventriculostomy drains, and CRRT
• Perform and assist with unit procedures including intubations, cardioversions, ventriculostomy drain placement and management, IABP management, and proning of patients
• Document care using Meditech with Evidence Based Clinical Documentation (EBCD) and utilize iMobile technology
• Conduct hourly rounding, bedside hand-off reporting, and completion of care boards using AIDET principles with a focus on compassionate, connected care
• Float to Medical-Surgical or Intensive Care Units as needed per staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency in ventilator management and critical care drip administration
• Strong assessment skills with working knowledge of cardiac, neurological, and respiratory systems
• Willingness to care for COVID-19 patients and ability to properly don and doff PPE
• Must reside 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Experience with CRRT, IABP management, and ventriculostomy drain management
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation systems
