Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 24-bed Level III NICU with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 based on acuity
• Operate and monitor advanced equipment including oscillators, ventilators, bubble CPAP, central lines, and ABG machines
• Perform and assist with Level III procedures such as circumcisions, pneumothorax taps, intubations, and chest tubes
• Administer medications, blood products, and pump feeds; perform blood draws from arterial, heel, and venous sites
• Attend high-risk deliveries as a NICU representative and support neonatal transitions and handoff communications
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Colorado
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital NICU RN experience
• Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• PICU experience
• PALS certification
