Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation (Inpatient)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 4 weekend shifts required within every 6-week period
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct inpatient nursing care to rehabilitation patients during overnight shifts
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery goals
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Float within the hospital as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or a valid Compact RN license (must be at least pending with a clear ETA)
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Quality Indicator (QI) credentialing required
- Must be willing to complete lab work within 72 hours of contract signing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- More than one year of inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience is a plus; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
