Contract | Nights | Variable shifts (8-hour or 12-hour) | Onsite | Every other or every third weekend required | Holiday availability as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Manage a patient assignment with a ratio of approximately 1:15
• Document patient care accurately using Point Click Care (EMR)
• Participate in building orientation prior to first shift and shadow experienced staff as applicable
• Adhere to facility scheduling requirements including weekend and holiday rotations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska or a compact state license
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work variable shifts including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts on nights
• Availability for every other or every third weekend assignment
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Point Click Care EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience caring for geriatric patient populations in a LTC environment
• Familiarity with Point Click Care documentation system
• Demonstrated ability to manage higher patient ratios in a skilled nursing setting
