Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures on outpatient, inpatient, and emergency patient populations across all age groups
- Operate a CT 64 Slice (Philips) scanner to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Assist with interventional IR procedures as needed
- Perform point-of-care lab tests and start IVs
- Float to a free-standing emergency department location as needed
- Complete both contract and non-contract imaging exams in accordance with departmental protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience
- Prior travel experience required
- ARRT (CT) or ARDMS certification required
- Current BLS certification required at time of submission
- Experience operating a CT 64 Slice (Philips) scanner
- Proficiency in starting IVs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or multi-modality imaging environment
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
