Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Travel Contract

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 14, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stent placements, and balloon procedures in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment
• Operate and maintain GE Innova imaging equipment and related Special Procedures technology
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring focused and attentive patient care throughout all procedures
• Scrub in for procedures and support the care team across Cath Lab and Special Procedures units
• Participate in on-call rotations, demonstrating flexibility to meet unit needs outside of standard shift hours
• Document accurately using Meditech and MacLab EMR systems

Required Qualifications

• Active BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• ARRT certification required
• Demonstrated competency in Special Procedures and GE Innova equipment
• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience
• Ability to participate in frequent on-call assignments and adapt to a dynamic, high-acuity environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred
• Prior experience in a high-volume Cath Lab setting with exposure to ENT Lab procedures
