Certified Surgical Technologist – Operating Room

Contract | Days | 8 or 10-hour shifts with call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a high-volume operating room environment specializing in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
• Support general, hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, total joint, and spine surgeries including cases involving pedicle screws and ACDFs
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical systems including Mako, Rosa, and Cori platforms
• Participate in an on-call rotation including weekends and holidays with a 2-hour minimum call-back requirement
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow in a busy specialty OR setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist or Surgical Tech
• Demonstrated experience in spine surgery including pedicle screws and ACDFs
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (Mako, Rosa, and/or Cori systems)
• BLS certification required
• NBSTSA certification or eligibility (certification not strictly required)
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to meet call-back requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Broad orthopedic surgical experience across multiple subspecialties including total joint and sports medicine
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced specialty OR environment
• Prior experience in an orthopedic or spine-focused hospital setting
