Travel Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and amputation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care across the rehabilitation continuum
- Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience treating neurological conditions such as stroke or traumatic brain injury
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience
