Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite / Home Care Setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in a home care setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and assist patients in achieving functional goals
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records
• Travel within an assigned territory covering a mileage radius of approximately 40–80 miles
• Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and facility policies throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience (first-time travelers considered)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid Missouri OTA license or compact license consistent with permanent state of residence (pending licensure considered for Missouri submissions)
• Ability to travel within a 40–80 mile territory; mileage reimbursement provided per mile

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a home care or community-based therapy setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records documentation
• Experience working within a defined geographic territory or managing a home care caseload
