Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Mids (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM) | 48-Hour Guarantee Option Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department with 40+ beds and a 4:1 patient ratio (3 rooms and 1 hall bed during peak volume)
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring, and EKG interpretation
• Operate and utilize unit equipment including cardiac monitors, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, Lifepak, and ultrasound
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, team leads, Advanced Paramedics, EDTs, and support staff across shifts
• Maintain composure and deliver quality care in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI
• Strong adaptability and ability to function effectively as a team player
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Meditech EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-pressure or high-acuity clinical environment
• Background as an RN, Paramedic, or Emergency Department Technician
• Outgoing, positive demeanor with the ability to perform well under pressure
