Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients presenting for emergency care and triage based on history, physical assessment, and chief complaint
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for acutely ill and/or critically ill patients
• Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician, including medication administration, intravenous fluids, blood transfusions, and ongoing treatments
• Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Document all care information concisely, accurately, and efficiently in the appropriate format

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or higher-level degree or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education
• Must have passed the NCLEX and hold a current, active, full, and unrestricted RN license from a U.S. state, territory, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience
• Must hold or be willing to obtain ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, and CPR certifications
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with strong professional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least one (1) year of experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and respecting cultural traditions and practices
