Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:00 start)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
• Deliver nursing care across night shift hours in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of IMC/PCU/Stepdown experience required
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible at a local rate
• Facility does not accept background check hits or Nursys discrepancies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a stepdown or progressive care setting
• Familiarity with holiday and flexible scheduling requirements in a contract environment
• Experience floating between multiple units or facilities
