Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to assigned patients
• Deliver care across applicable therapy settings in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in holiday coverage — expected to work 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms (locals within 50 miles may be considered at an adjusted rate)
• Must commit to all RTO and specific scheduling requests being submitted upfront at time of submittal — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Background must be clear — facility does not accept background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large health system or multi-facility environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying patient populations and therapy settings
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
