Key Responsibilities

• Provide general speech-language pathology services in a rural inpatient and outpatient setting, with a primary focus on outpatient care
• Evaluate and treat a wide variety of patient ages and diagnoses
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation
• Operate general therapy equipment as appropriate to patient needs
• Float to satellite clinic locations as needed
• Badge in and out at the facility per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota (MN) Speech Language Pathology licensure
• Current BLS certification required
• General speech therapy clinical skills
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Active Iowa (IA) Speech Language Pathology licensure (preferred for potential float coverage)
• Experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records documentation
