Contract | 8-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Every Other Weekend | Rotating Holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit during 12-hour day shifts (0700–1900)
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Participate in rotating holiday coverage and every-other-weekend scheduling
- Flexibility to float to additional facilities as needed
- Complete orientation requirements per facility schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ACLS certification required — must have ACLS to be submitted for this role
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- EKG competency test required with a passing score of 80% or higher
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3 or more years of Telemetry or Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Experience floating across multiple units or facilities
