Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8 Hours, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM | Onsite | 13–26 Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a pediatric patient population, working independently
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic electronic health records
• Maintain compliance with facility scheduling requirements, including potential floating to nearby sister facilities
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to work 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist License required (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Pediatrics experience is required – this is a hard stop; candidate will be working independently
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard traveler rates (locals within 50 miles are accepted at a local rate)
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of initial submission; post-offer RTO may not be granted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient pediatric setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Ability to accommodate a flexible block schedule within the Monday–Friday framework
