Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an 8-bed Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and manage a diverse patient population in a high-acuity environment
- Collaborate with Emergency Medicine Board-Certified Physicians available on-site 24/7
- Deliver trauma-informed nursing care in alignment with Level 4 Trauma Center protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
- Comfort working in a rural or critical access hospital environment
- Experience managing moderate patient volumes with autonomy
