Radiologic Technologist – Outpatient Medical Imaging

Key Responsibilities

• Position patients for imaging of the chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, and ankle in preparation for x-ray
• Perform imaging procedures independently at a level not requiring direct supervision; operate X-ray equipment, process images, and document into PACS
• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of the clinic nurse, including obtaining vital signs, placing patients in exam rooms, and preparing patients for clinician evaluation
• Obtain specimens including blood draws (if qualified) and assist the clinician as needed
• Maintain an orderly, well-stocked work area with necessary supplies and equipment
• Float to Main Radiology department as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) issued by the California Department of Health Services
• Current ARRT Licensure
• California-issued Fluoroscopy Permit
• Current CPR Certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel assignment experience
