Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical access hospital environment with varied acuity levels
• Manage a patient load of up to 2 patients under telemetry and remote monitoring
• Adapt to varying patient ratios based on unit needs and census
• Document patient care and clinical information using Cerner electronic health records
• Work every 3rd to 4th weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Complete required orientation modules (non-billable, averaging approximately 4 hours) prior to beginning clinical duties

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Tennessee RN license or a Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate as travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical Surgical or telemetry setting
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
• First-time travelers are accepted and encouraged to apply
