Contract (13 Weeks) | Day Shift | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes
- Document resident status, care provided, and changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact license that permits practice in Colorado
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF settings
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced care environment
