Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 3 shifts/week | 4 weekend shifts per month | No call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Medical Surgical unit with a 5:1 patient ratio
• Operate and utilize unit equipment including bladder scanner, vital sign machines, and telemetry monitoring
• Document patient information and care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and Patient Care Technicians across night shift
• Maintain BLS certification and adhere to all unit guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• Active LVN / LPN license
• BLS certification (required — candidates without will not be considered)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Hospital experience required — candidates without will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of nursing experience
• Medical Surgical background with familiarity in telemetry monitoring
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Receptive to feedback and demonstrates an ownership mentality in patient care
