Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Weekend Rotation (Every Other Weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 12-bed acute care unit
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required
• Float to other units as needed
• Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements, including timely completion of the Ohio fingerprinting process

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role (charge RN acceptable as second reference; no coworker references)
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior PCU or stepdown experience strongly preferred
• Comfort with floating and adapting to varied patient care environments
