Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | No call, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead a minimum of 2 structured group therapy sessions per day
• Conduct individual (1:1) therapy sessions as clinically needed
• Administer cognitive assessments when ordered, including MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment), SLUMS (St. Louis University Mental Status Exam), and CPT (Cognitive Performance Testing)
• Document patient care and progress using EPIC electronic health records
• Apply activity analysis and adaptation techniques within a behavioral health setting

Required Qualifications

• Active OTR/L licensure in the state of Minnesota
• Active BLS certification — American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric therapy setting
• Demonstrated experience with cognitive testing: MoCA, SLUMS, and CPT
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Knowledge of group therapy techniques and psychological principles
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible within a dynamic behavioral health environment
