Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU serving neonates from 23–24 weeks gestation
• Operate and monitor advanced respiratory support equipment including CPAP/BiPAP, High Frequency Ventilators, Oscillators, and conventional Vents
• Administer blood and blood products; manage PICC/Central Lines, syringe pumps, feeding tubes, and cooling/warming blankets
• Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal surgical cases
• Perform cardioversion and defibrillation as clinically indicated
• May be expected to float to sister campuses or alternate units (Pediatrics/Newborn Nursery), with infant-only assignments when floating to Pediatrics

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience required
• Must be willing to float to different campuses as needed
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity Level III or IV NICU setting
• Familiarity with high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal surgical support
• Comfort with block scheduling and consecutive shift patterns
• Experience with PICC/Central Line management and advanced neonatal monitoring
