Contract | Days (3x12 Hours, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for a patient population that includes Trauma, Cardiovascular, Stroke, and Neurological cases
• Float within scope to the IMC unit as needed to meet facility demands
• Document patient care and clinical information using EPIC
• Participate in weekend scheduling on an every-other-weekend basis and expect to work some holidays

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (pending license may be considered)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum of 2+ years of ICU experience with strong clinical background (3 years preferred)
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; first-time travelers are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of ICU nursing experience
• Experience with Trauma, Cardiovascular, Stroke, or Neurological patient populations
• Familiarity with IMC-level care and floating protocols
