Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Rotating between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation
• Rotate between day and mid shifts as scheduled (7a–7p and 10a–10p)
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency requirements and facility-assigned modules
• Adhere to all facility compliance standards, including background check and drug screening requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of permanent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications — must be active and in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
• One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (co-worker references will not be accepted)
• Must not have any open license hits or open background check cases
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Experience gained within a single facility or location is preferred, though not required
