Contract | Days (0530–1800), 3 days per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-procedural nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures in a 7-bay Angio Holding unit
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, and interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor and assess patients throughout the pre- and post-procedural phases, ensuring safe and timely transitions of care
- Collaborate within a team of 3–4 RNs per shift to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre/post procedural area
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, or cardiovascular nursing settings
- Familiarity with diagnostic and interventional cardiology or vascular procedures
