Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Nephrology)

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Nephrology Telemetry unit with patient ratios of 1:5–6
• Perform and assist with Peritoneal Dialysis as a required component of patient care
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Float within service line to meet facility needs as required
• Complete required weekend shifts — expected 2 shifts every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday rotation for night shift)
• Document all patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — Missouri or compact license accepted; pending MO license submissions considered (IL license must be in hand at time of submittal)
• BLS (BCLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• ACLS certification required — must be obtained by compliance document deadline
• Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1–2 years of Telemetry or Nephrology RN experience preferred; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Prior experience with EPIC charting system
• Familiarity with nephrology patient populations and related care protocols
