Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00–17:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform EEG and neuro diagnostics procedures in an acute care hospital setting
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including approximately 2–4 weekdays per month and 1 weekend every six weeks
• Provide occasional coverage for weekend day shifts as staffing needs arise
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and document accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of EEG Technologist experience required
• Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a local rate
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission — post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ABRET certification preferred but not required
• Prior experience working in a short-term acute care or hospital-based neuro diagnostics environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
