Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency and module requirements as outlined by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• Active AHA BLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (co-worker references are not accepted)
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience gained within a single facility or location (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Prior travel nursing experience within a large health system environment
