Physical Therapist – Inpatient

Location

Glenwood Springs, CO | Inpatient (CCU, Acute Care, and Day Surgery)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across a variety of diagnoses in an inpatient setting
• Work to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Provide care across inpatient units including CCU, acute care, and day surgery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or Compact license valid for Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Flu vaccination required (mandatory, no declinations accepted) from October 1 through April 1

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Prior experience in an inpatient acute care or CCU setting
