Contract | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult psychiatric patients in an inpatient setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient mental and physical status and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
- Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an adult inpatient psychiatric unit
- Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
