Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on an adult Medical/Surgical unit
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care plan and supervising RN
- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient safety and positive outcomes
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact license recognized in Oklahoma
- Experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work night shift as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience on an adult Med/Surg unit in an acute care environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced setting
