Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–11 patients per day, conducting sessions scheduled in 30-minute blocks lasting approximately 1–1.25 hours
• Treat a broad range of orthopedic and neurological conditions including back pain, ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, vestibular disorders, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and more
• Provide manual therapy, balance training, and post-operative rehabilitation as part of a collaborative PT/PTA clinical team
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner using the NextGen documentation system

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient case management experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA team
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Experience with vestibular therapy and manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with the NextGen documentation platform
