Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week | 12-hour nights (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) | On-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 11-bed emergency room setting at a Level 4 trauma facility
• Deliver high-quality nursing care across a range of emergency and trauma presentations
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the EMR system
• Participate in on-call rotation, including 24-hour call shifts as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior emergency room nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) and participate in on-call rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR
• Familiarity with critical access hospital environments
• Level 4 trauma experience
