Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures Technologist
Location
Columbus, OH | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday with a rotating day off | On-call requirements include one primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, along with one weekend every six weeks alternating between primary and backup
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology and special procedures in a high-volume acute care setting
- Operate Siemens imaging equipment effectively and safely
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, preferably within the EPIC electronic medical records system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
- Active ARRT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Proficiency with Siemens imaging equipment
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with the EPIC electronic medical records system
- Familiarity with high-acuity interventional and special procedures environments
