Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to floating policy and assist other units as needed
• Follow facility attendance, dress code, and professional conduct policies

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Meditech documentation system experience required
• Must comply with facility appearance standards: no artificial, gel, or next-gen nails; visible piercings limited to ears only; body art covered whenever possible; hair pulled back if shoulder length or longer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced acute care or hospital Med Surg environment
• Familiarity with Medical Surgical unit workflows and patient ratios in a hospital setting
