Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 5x8 or 4x10 Hours (7:00–17:00) | 2 Weekend Shifts per Month Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in a 46-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Support patient care needs across a combined inpatient rehab and LTACH/ICU environment as required
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in weekend coverage, with 2 weekend shifts expected per month
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska PT license or compact PT license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or LTACH setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Flexibility to support sister facility needs within the local area if required
