Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:00–06:30) | Expected 36 or 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting within a Level I Trauma Center
• Maintain patient ratios of 4:1, with occasional flex to 5:1 based on facility needs
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias; candidates must be prepared to pass a Relias EKG exam prior to placement
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in MO or compact (IL license must be in hand at time of submittal); pending MO license submissions may be accepted
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required (ACLS must be obtained by compliance document deadline)
• Minimum 2–3 years of Emergency Room experience; candidates with 2 years may be considered if they have Level I Trauma Center experience and at least one prior travel assignment
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• RTO requests must be finalized at time of submission; no more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract, with no RTO permitted during the first week of the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I Trauma Center experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Ability to accommodate a Friday–Sunday weekend block schedule if desired (no weekday block scheduling available)
